Hi! I’m Natalie and I’m the Volunteer Coordinator for PMSA. I’m a third-year double majoring in Biology, specializing in Quantitative Biology, and Religious Studies. I’m interested in medical ethics and the intersection between modern medicine and religion. When I’m not in the classroom, I work at the cardioinformatics Hibino Lab, write for Pulse, and volunteer at Comer Children’s Hospital. I’m also a member of our EMS unit on campus, and I ride with a unit in my home city of Los Angeles. For the past two summers, I’ve received the Metcalf Grant for working with a holistic cardiologist who focuses on treating patients with natural medication and treatment and I work with the . Outside of my academics, I teach yoga and I love cooking. I’m so excited to join the PMSA Board for the 2020-2021 academic year, so please reach out and introduce yourself!
